Designed to sit within their existing metal racking, these units optimised their available space perfectly to ensure easy sortation of samples.
Previous storage solutions meant samples were piles in racking with free space in the metal racking not utilised.
PIX® was able to optimise all the available racking to its full potential.

Designed to customer specifications and pick bin requirements

Freestanding and produced with a palletised based for ease of moving, PIX® units slot together in minutes, no tools or teams of technicians are required. Whole warehouses can be ready for stock and order picking in hours.
With the ability to hold up to 500kg per unit or 55kg per pick-face and the simple addition of PIX® multipliers, PIX® stackable storage bins can easily adapt to changing SKU profiles. 
Choose from 3 and up to 400 pick faces per unit, PIX® can be single or twin sided to suit warehouse space requirements.

Pick-face volumes are easily doubled by removing vertical dividers or, should smaller SKUs be introduced, and a reduced pick-face profile be required, PIX® Multipliers quickly increase the number of storage bins per unit.
