With Sustainability in mind and wanting to maximise their pick space with a cleaner, sleeker more durable system, Synergy contacted us. Our team designed and created the perfect solution which was incorporated into their existing warehouse installation.

Issue

The 150,000 sq. ft facility with over 30 brands, operating 7 days a week, relying on cardboard bins to store SKUs, the Cardboard bins would quickly become damaged and collapse, resulting in stock falling, making picking difficult, resulting in a loss of time and money.

Solution

PIX® H- SLOTS Angled, SKUs are retained more efficiently in the sloped pick compartments eliminating time wasted replacing fallen stock. Constructed entirely of our strong honeycomb board, the structure of the cell technology maintains the form and function of the shelves preventing sagging from the repetition of picking.
