We opened our doors in Milwaukee to our USA and Canadian customers in 2022 and now count some of the largest 3PLs and e-commerce fulfillment companies amongst our roster of satisfied customers. From Quiet Platforms to DHL, GXO and Geodis to name just a few.
Our PIX™ branded warehouse storage units can be provide an almost instant warehouse picking facility ready to pick and pack and despatch in just a few hours.
Easy to build and lightweight, PIX™ can be designed with 2 pick faces up to 400 pick faces and hold up to 1100lbs across one unit.

Warehouse Storage Evolution
PALLITE™ PIX™ was born!
Providing increased efficiency and accuracy for warehouse picking, combined with better optimisation of storage space PIX™ launched in March 2019. The same year we won the UKWA Technical Innovation Award.
However, whilst our heavy-duty PIX™ range was great for some customers there was a need for a lighter weight version of PIX™.

PIX™ SLOTS Launched April 2021
A lower cost unit designed for lighter weight products typically retail and fashion e-commerce.
Export of our innovative and eco-friendly storage bin family of products, PIX™ was growing with an increasing global customer base.

PIX™ SLOTS Angled Launched October 2021
One of the biggest challenges with the growth of ecommerce is poor pick accuracy and inefficiencies in a warehouse. This is further exacerbated when small, lightweight SKUs slip from the front of pick bins. We were often faced with customers asking us to add lips or retainers to pick faces to prevent products falling from storage bins.
PIX™ SLOTS Angled was designed to help resolve this problem. A simple, effective and incredibly efficient warehouse storage bin solution with rearward sloping pick bins eliminating time wasted replacing or resorting fallen stock.

To date we have sold PIX™ storage solutions into USA, Australia, Israel, Sweden, Denmark, France, Germany and of course across the UK.
We have a huge number of satisfied customers all loving the flexibility of our environmentally friendly PIX™ warehouse and storage bin solutions. They really appreciate the flexible nature of the units over more traditional alternatives like stackable cardboard and Correx storage bins.
Manufacturing in the US
2022 US MANUFACTURING FACILITY OPENS IN MILWAUKEE
With the success of our export markets, the rise in the cost of freight and the volume of enquiries from the US markets we took the decision to setup and open our own manufacturing base Milwaukee, USA.
Demand for our PIX™ and PIX™ SLOTS's storage bins in the US has been phenomenal. Our presence at MODEX, the premier supply chain show, was a huge success with footfall far exceeding our expectations.

PALLITE™ PIX™ provides us with a flexible, adjustable option in contrast to more conventional, rigid or fixed methods. It allows the ability to stretch and shrink, add or remove, or expand and retract, at a moment’s notice. This agility is unprecedented and introducing it into our operations has delighted our customers.
